Unconditional Child Care & Special Needs Services
Since 1993, the Creative Kids Club has worked with parents of children who have behavioral issues and special needs. We believe that if we address the issues early in a child's development that they will be more successful in life. Over the years, we have partnered with many organizations and agencies to meet the special needs of our children. Below are the links to a few of the organizations and agencies we have worked with:

Parent Communication
Creative Kids Club believes that communication between parents and child care professionals is key to a child's development. Some of our communication methods include periodic center newsletters, daily Sunshine Reports for infants and toddlers, and verbal communications between teachers and parents.
- Parent Communicator
Our "Parent Communicator" form is designed for parents to inform us of changes in the child's status.
- Incident Reports
Our comprehensive Incident Reports inform parents of details regarding an accident or inappropriate behavior.
- Child Health Status
Report & AlertThis form is used to record and report incidents when the child has symptoms, such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, eye inflammation, or appearance of an unexplained rash. The form advises the parent what has been observed and what steps need to be taken in order for the child to return to the center.
