Tuition Plans
IMPORTANT! ANY TIME A CLIENT CHANGES THEIR TYPE OF TUITION PLAN, A NEW AGREEMENT FOR CHILD CARE SERVICES MUST BE SIGNED! THE CLIENT CAN NOT MOVE BETWEEN TUITION PLANS EVERY FEW WEEKS. CLIENTS MUST MAKE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT OF 6 (SIX) MONTHS TO A PARTICULAR TUITION PLAN. ANYTHING LESS WILL RESULT IN THE CLIENT BEING CHARGED THE FLEXIBLE DAILY TUITION PLAN RATES.
- Full Time (30 hours or more per week) 52 Consecutive Weeks Per Year
- Child is enrolled a minimum of 31 hours per week on a regular basis for 52 consecutive weeks per year.
- Client is required to pay tuition when the child is absent due to sickness, vacation, or personal reasons and if the center is closed for a holiday or emergency.
- Child is eligible for a temporary withdrawal for a minimum of 8 weeks. A withdrawal for any longer period of time will result in the client retroactively being charged the Academic/Seasonal Full Time rate unless the withdrawal is permanent or of a medical nature.
- Client will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee of $75.00 for a temporary withdrawal, and the client's deposit will not be refunded for a temporary withdrawal.

- Child is enrolled a minimum of 31 hours per week on a regular basis for a minimum of 44 weeks per year.
- Client is required to pay tuition when the child is absent due to sickness, vacation, or personal reasons and if the center is closed for a holiday or emergency.
- The parents or guardians of a child enrolled in the plan usually work in academic institutions or in seasonal businesses such as construction and landscaping. Children enrolled under this plan usually attend the center fromn late August through mid July.
- Client will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee of $75.00 for a temporary withdrawal, and the client's deposit will not be refunded for a temporary withdrawal.
- Permanent Part Time Daily Rate
- Child attends the center between 2 and 3 days per week - the "same" days every week.
- Child attends the center a maximum of "10" hours per day.
- Days are available in any grouping of two or more days.
- Client is required to pay tuition when the child is absent due to sickness, vacation, or personal reasons and if the center is closed for a holiday or emergency. Client is not permitted to switch schedule from week to week to avoid being charged for days when the center is closed or on vacation.
- Temporary withdrawal provision and re-enrollment fees are the same as listed for "Full Time" clients.
- Client is permitted to mix permanent full and half days when developing their schedule.
- Child must be enrolled for a minimum of 2 days per week.

- Child is enrolled to attend the center on different days each week, up to a maximum of 10 hours per day.
- If the child attends five consecutive days in one week, the client will still be billed at the "Flexible Daily Rate."
- Schedule must be provided by Tuesday prior to week that care will be required. The schedule must be made in writing. If the schedule is not received by the close of business on Tuesday, the prior week's schedule will be applied for the next week. If the schedule does not meet the needs of the client, they may add additional days, but they will be committed to the schedule that was carried over from the prior week. Any changes after Tuesday will result in additional charges. This can be accomplished by using a "Parent Communicator" or sending an email to info@creativekidsclub.com. Once the schedule has been submitted, the day will be reserved and invoiced. If the child fails to attend that day, the Client is still required to pay the tuition for the day reserved. Days may not be exchanged for different days once the schedule has been submitted.
- Child must be enrolled a minimum of 2 days per week.

Creative Kids Club offers parents the opportunity to save major dollars on their child's tuition through a pre-payment program! You can save between $200.00 and $1,280 per YEAR on your child's tuition depending on the option you select.

Vacation Credit Incentive
Client Referral Incentive Program Vacation Week Credit
Creative Kids Club is pleased to announce a NEW client referral incentive program! Clients can be granted one-week vacation credit every time they refer a family member, friend, or co-worker who enrolls their child at Creative Kids Club.
Terms & Conditions of Incentive Program
To be eligible to receive the credit the following criteria must be met:
- The NEW client must provide the name of the CURRENT client at time of enrollment.
- Once the NEW client has been with Creative Kids Club for a minimum of six months and tuition is paid up to date, the CURRENT client will be eligible for one-week vacation credit. The Administrator will issue a Vacation Credit Certificate that must be presented at the time the client is using the credit. Failure to provide the certificate may result in the client losing the ability to use the credit.
- If the Current client has multiple children enrolled at Creative Kids Club, the credit will be applied to the oldest child enrolled at the center.
- The Current client must provide 14 operating days written notice (with the Vacation Credit Certificate attached) of their intent to use the vacation credit. The credit will be applied to the Current client's account by the Business Office.
- The vacation credit will be equal to the tuition plan in which the Current client has enrolled their child.
- All full-time, permanent part-time, and flexible part-time clients are eligible to participate in the program.
- The vacation credit may not be used in lieu of paying a child's tuition when they are actually in attendance at the center. The child must actually be on vacation from the center.
- Vacation credits may not be applied to outstanding account balances at the time Current client's child is withdrawn from the center.
- The maximum vacation credits the Current client will be granted in a 12-month period will be three (3) weeks per family.
- Vacation credits will expire 12 months from the date they were granted. They will not be extended beyond 12 months from the date granted.
- The vacation credit is non-transferrable between clients.
- Cannot be combined with any other client referral incentive program offered by Creative Kids Club.
Clients receiving subsidized child care tuition through a local CCIS or government agency are not eligible to participate in this referral incentive program in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare regulations. However, they are eligible to participate in the $20.00 client referral rewards program.
PA Child Care Works Subsidy Program
Creative Kids Club participates in the PA Child Care Works Subsidized Child Care Program.
